There can be several different kinds of multi-color coded appointment cards
There are many unique advantages to having color-coded dates on your reminder cards. As we have stated many times, it can greately help to cut down on your "no shows" by putting the days of the week on the card and circling the day in addition to writing in the complete day-monty-year in numeric format. The reason for this is that people are much more likely to remember a day of the week rather than a date in numeric format (i.e. my appointment is on next Thurday, rather than 8-5-2009). In addition to this, having the days of the week color coded and greatly enhance memorization of the date.
Below is an example of a multi-color coded appointment card in both the English and Spanish languages. Note the prominence of this feature. Surveys have shown that people are up to ten times more likely to remember the date of their appointment using this color-coded method as opposed to not having such a feature.
We can design the feature in any color scheme that you want. From bright, primary colors to a more muted color palette.
