Additional Styles for Designing Appointment Cards for Dentists
There can be additional imagery for the creation of appointment cards for dentist and orthodontists. The obvious imagery is teeth and smile pictures, as these obviously relate to both of these professions.
The pictures below are some of the custom pictures we found that can be placed on the cards.
Obviously the pictures would have to be placed on the front side of the appointment cards as the it's necessary to have a slick, glossy coating to adequately portray a high-resolution TIFF image. This sort of image cannot be place on matte card stock, the card stock which is necessary to write on with a pen or pencil.
The picture at upper left is a royal Pantone blue, the one at upper right is a bright, fire-engine red type color. At bottom left we have a darker sky blue and of course at bottom right we have yellow. Which color you want to use is totally up to you and your office manager. If you look at the image below you will see examples of the types of graphic which will not work well with matte card stock on appointment reminder cards. All of these images require full CMYK printing with a high gloss and that won't work well with these types of cards. If you prefer to use a permanent maker, that is the only way to write appointment/reminder info on the cards.
Very often medical and dental office managers go to generic giants like OfficeDepot, OfficeMax or Staples to get their appointment reminder cards printed. Of course they offer good prices, but remember that these are not traditional print shops and that their layout for the reminder cards will be highly template-driven...meaning that there would be little room for personal customization of your card. Basically you just fill out a form and they give you an arbitrary design with no styles to choose from. If you don't like the arbitrary style...too bad...your 're stuck with it. In our system you have a choice among several styles for your appointment card designs.
We are not template-drive. Your reminder cards are drawn to your specifications and approval. We then ship the cards via 2nd-day Mail to your medical or dental office.
